The Organisation:
Our client is an international, ASX-listed eHealth company focused on digital health technologies. It offers an exciting opportunity for a talented finance person to join the leadership team as their CFO.
The Role:
Reporting to the US-based CEO, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a pivotal executive leadership role responsible for driving the organisation’s financial strategy, governance, and administrative and operational excellence across all global functions, with primary accountability for the company’s ASX-listed entity and Australian operations. This role encompasses full accountability for the integrity, efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation’s financial systems, reporting, and compliance frameworks.

The Person:
This role demands a hands-on, strategic financial leader who thrives in early-stage, scaling environments—building robust financial systems from the ground up while shaping and executing the company’s financial vision. The CFO must bring deep expertise in capital raising strategies, ASX compliance and corporate governance, ideally with the capability to internalise or significantly reduce reliance on external company secretarial services.
A credible communicator with the Board, investors, and regulators, you will also be capable of structuring innovative, compliant funding and growth solutions. ASX experience and a CA/CPA qualification are a must (with an MBA desirable).
The Offer:
A salary in the low to mid $300Ks will be negotiated with the successful candidate, commensurate with skills and experience. STIs and LTIs will also be on offer. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Melbourne (although a Sydney presence would also be considered).
