My client is building a high-impact Commercial Operations team and needs a data-driven Sales Operations leader to optimize systems, elevate analytics, and drive sales force effectiveness. What You’ll Be Doing
- Own Veeva CRM, MMIT, and Power BI platforms; manage vendors and enhancements
- Lead quarterly incentive comp updates, targeting, and territory alignment
- Build dashboards and analyze KPIs using Excel, SQL, and Power BI
- Support forecasting, goal setting, and sales performance tracking
- Develop and deliver training for field sales and home office teams
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
- Hands-on expertise with Veeva CRM, MMIT, and Power BI
- Advanced Excel skills; SQL proficiency preferred
- Strong understanding of incentive comp, targeting, and CRM governance
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to train non-technical teams
