About the role
Rohirrim is seeking a Sales Ops Specialist to join our Revenue organization. This role is responsible for supporting and optimizing the systems, processes, and insights that power our sales motion. You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Leadership to ensure visibility, consistency, and execution across the full revenue lifecycle.
In this role, you will help bring structure to a growing sales org, enabling sellers to focus on closing deals while ensuring leadership has the data and insights needed to make informed decisions.
What you'll do
Support Sales Execution & Forecasting
- Serve as a key partner to Sales leadership on pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and deal progression.
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and ensure consistent use of CRM stages, fields, and processes.
- Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting and reporting cadences.
Own Sales Systems & Data Integrity
- Manage and optimize CRM workflows, data quality, and reporting.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into pipeline health, bookings, and performance.
- Ensure sales data is accurate, reliable, and actionable across teams.
Enable Deal Execution & Deal Desk Support
- Support deal workflows including approvals, pricing coordination, and contract processes.
- Partner with Sales and Finance to ensure deals align with internal policies and revenue targets.
- Help remove friction from the deal process and improve speed to close.
Build & Scale Sales Processes
- Document and refine sales processes, playbooks, and operating rhythms as the organization grows.
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions.
- Support onboarding and enablement for new sales hires, ensuring they ramp quickly and consistently.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Collaborate closely with Finance on forecasting, revenue tracking, and commissions support.
- Partner with Customer Success to align on handoffs, account data, and renewal visibility.
- Work with Leadership to support strategic planning, territory design, and performance analysis.
- Analyze sales performance trends and surface insights that inform decision making.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role supporting enterprise sales teams.
- Strong experience working with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
- Comfortable working with data, metrics, and reporting to drive clarity and alignment.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and process minded. Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building structure where none exists.
- Collaborative partner who works well across Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams.
- Clear communicator with the ability to support both individual contributors and leadership.
