Role Overview
The Manager – Revenue Operations will be responsible for ensuring robust financial governance, risk management, and revenue consolidation across all business segments. The role involves maintaining enterprise-wide revenue accounting systems, validating partner settlements, and driving compliance with defined policies and SOPs. By monitoring exception dashboards, performing assurance reviews, and analyzing operating/financial ratios, the role ensures accuracy, compliance, and insights for revenue growth. The position acts as a key enabler for reliable financial reporting and control in the U2C platform
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain the risk register and controls master for the U2C platform across all customer segments.
- Monitor exceptions to implemented controls through 100% automated KPI-based dashboards; perform root cause analysis and partner with operating teams for resolution.
- Conduct regular assurance reviews with detailed substantive test work, especially for new product launches and unique transactions.
- Consolidate revenue across RJIL & JPL business segments, ensuring bookkeeping aligns with defined architecture and SOPs.
- Maintain Jio’s revenue accounting manual and oversee creation of enterprise architecture in systems operating on revenue (SAP ERP + SAP CI).
- Prepare and analyze key operating and financial ratios, ensuring data availability for strategic projects focused on revenue maximization and ARPU growth.
- Own preparation of U2C platform analytical presentations with deep insights, including digital payments and regional revenue performance.
- Validate 100% of invoices received from OTT, Ads & Games partners, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments.
- Support the Lead in implementing automation-led controls and governance frameworks.
- Provide actionable insights to leadership on revenue risk, compliance, and growth opportunities.
