Senior Revenue Operations Specialist
Revenue Operations (RevOps) is a strategic function that supports Sales, Marketing, Operations and Customer Success to drive efficient, predictable revenue growth. The Senior Revenue Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in bridging these departments and technologies to ensure they work in sync with the company’s revenue goals. This role focuses on optimizing processes and leveraging technology to enable data-driven decision-making and excellent end-to-end customer experience.

What You’ll Do:
System Ownership & Process Automation
- Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce CRM and liaison for ERP (Sage100) integrations related to sales and revenue.
- Assure clean data and identify root causes of duplicates in Salesforce using Cloudingo.
- Provide support and administration for lead-generating software such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, Hubspot, Clay, etc.
- Oversee system configuration for quoting, pricing tiers, item maintenance, and opportunity workflows.
- Build, manage and maintain Adobe Sign for Salesforce quoting and customer facing forms.
- Manage B2B portal data integration and support enhancements to customer onboarding and order tracking.
- Identify opportunities for automation and lead the implementation of system/process improvements.
Sales Support & Operational Alignment
- Support pricing strategy, custom product configurations, and technology-based sales enablement tools.
- Lead revenue data stewardship, ensuring clean records across CRM and ERP systems.
- Provide cross-functional training and documentation for new tools or processes.
Reporting & Analytics
- Build and maintain KPI tracking dashboards and reporting packages to support company metrics, monitor pipeline health, sales productivity, revenue trends, and order flow.
- Deliver actionable insights to leadership and sales teams to support data-driven decisions.
- Analyze sales cycle trends and recommend operational or strategic adjustments.
Revenue Operations Strategy
- Assist in efforts to refine and scale processes from lead capture through order fulfillment and renewal.
- Improve revenue performance by identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, and data integrity issues.
- Support sales pipeline by translating customer profiles to AI driven, strategic lead generation using Clay
- Collaborate across sales, marketing, operations, and finance to align forecasting, pipeline metrics, and revenue KPIs.
- Elevate insights from data to improve process, training, or systems.
- Support monthly, quarterly and annual planning with accurate metrics and insights.
Who You Are:
Skills and Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related field
- Certified Salesforce Administrator or on path to achieve
- Strong understanding of B2B revenue models and sales process workflows.
- Experience with Hubspot, Salesloft, Adobe Sign, Cloudingo, Salesforce Reports, Tableau, or other reporting software.
- Familiarity with customer lifecycle analytics, sales funnel conversion, retention and related metrics.
Basic Job Requirements
- Ability to work in the office for a minimum of 2-3 days per week. Requires a flexible schedule and some travel.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
