Job Description
We are seeking a high-impact, commercially minded Revenue Operations Business Partner to support our senior sales leaders across Europe and APMEA. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor and operational partner, driving forecast accuracy, enabling execution, and helping our regional sales teams deliver on their goals.
This is a hands-on role that combines strategic thinking with operational rigour. You will lead key processes such as forecast reviews and large deal governance, while identifying opportunities to improve sales performance and productivity across the region.
You will work with a team of Analysts based in India to develop, enforce and act upon the reporting and tracking needed to run the business.
You will be the point of contact for the European and APMEA Sales managers and will assist them with QBRs, data analysis, operational issues and systems and tooling needs.

Qualifications
Skills & Experience:
10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy, or a similar business partnering role.
Proven experience supporting regional or global sales leaders in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or technology environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), forecasting tools, and Excel.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Based in London and willing to travel occasionally.
