Park Capital Search has been retained to identify a Chief Financial Officer for a recognized leader in Florida's asphalt milling and paving industry, a company backed by private equity and entering an exciting phase of accelerated growth across the Southeastern U.S.
This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role for a finance executive who thrives in growth environments and is ready to drive real transformation.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆
Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will oversee all financial operations from project accounting and cash flow to M&A execution and PE-level reporting. You'll be building the financial infrastructure to support a buy-and-build strategy and regional expansion, while leading and upgrading an existing finance team.
𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴
✔ 10+ years of progressive finance leadership
✔ 5+ years in construction or project-based industries
✔ Hands-on project accounting & job costing experience
✔ M&A exposure - due diligence, modeling, and integration
✔ PE-backed company experience preferred
✔ Experience leading an accounting system transition (QuickBooks → Sage or similar)
