Park Capital Search has been engaged to recruit a Chief Financial Officer for a growing force in Florida's infrastructure and pavement services sector. Backed by private equity and executing on an aggressive regional expansion strategy across the Southeast, this company is at an inflection point, and they need a CFO who can grow with it.
This is a pivotal, high-visibility role for a finance leader who is equally comfortable in the weeds of project financials and in the boardroom driving strategic decisions.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲
The CFO will report directly to the CEO and take full ownership of the company's financial operations, spanning project accounting, working capital management, M&A execution, and investor-level reporting. You will architect the financial systems and team needed to support a disciplined buy-and-build strategy while positioning the business for long-term, scalable growth.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership at the executive level
- 5+ years of experience in construction, specialty trade, or project-driven businesses
- Deep fluency in project accounting, job costing, and contract-based financials
- M&A experience across the full deal cycle — diligence, financial modeling, and integration
- Background in PE-sponsored environments and the reporting rigor they demand
- Proven ability to lead an ERP or accounting system upgrade (e.g., QuickBooks to Sage or equivalent)
