We’re building Kreesalis — a new category in digital trust.
Our flagship platform, K-Protect, combines identity verification, behavioral biometrics, real-time policy enforcement, and hardware-backed authentication (FIDO) into a single trust layer that works across banking, telecom, e-commerce, fintech, and government ecosystems.
Fraud is no longer a security problem — it’s a trust infrastructure failure.

We’re backed by industry leaders from cybersecurity, enterprise tech, compliance, and identity systems — and now preparing for a Pre–Series A raise as we enter large enterprise and government deployments.

Now, we need a financial leader who can help architect scale — not just manage books.
We are looking for someone who thinks like a capital strategist, operator, and category builder.
This is not a finance manager role. This is a co-founder seat.
What You Will Own
✔ Lead our Pre–Series A and Series A fundraise — from investor strategy to term sheet negotiation
✔ Build and oversee financial models, unit economics, revenue architecture, pricing frameworks, and SaaS + hardware margins
✔ Design our capital allocation plan, entity structure (India + global), tax strategy, and treasury systems
✔ Own compliance, audit, governance, ESOPs, FP&A, and board reporting frameworks
✔ Shape and optimise our go-to-market cost structure, enterprise contracting, and scalability metrics
✔ Serve as a strategic partner on GTM, partnerships, procurement, and risk management
You Are a Fit If You Have:
- Experience scaling a Series A+ or high-growth SaaS / Fintech / Cybersecurity startup
- Strong exposure to enterprise SaaS, fintech, compliance, or identity/fraud ecosystems
- Proven fundraising experience with VCs, strategics, or capital markets
- Strategic and analytical thinking — not just accounting execution
- Ability to speak confidently with investors, regulators, enterprise boards, and banks
- The ambition to help build a category-defining company, not just another software product
Bonus if you have worked in: Identity, authentication, risk, payments, telecom, BFSI or cybersecurity.
Structure & Compensation
Title: Co-Founder & CFO
Compensation: Meaningful equity + milestone-based upside + future salary post-fundraise
Vesting: Standard 3–4 year + performance-linked ramps
We are open to former Founders, Strategy Chiefs, Venture-backed CFOs, or Finance Directors ready for a co-founder role.
