Job Title: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
Location: Las Vegas Area, Nevada (hybrid/flexible as appropriate)
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Overview
The Chief Revenue Officer will lead all revenue generation efforts across the company. You will set the strategy and execute across sales, business development, pricing, customer success and revenue operations to drive sustained growth. You will partner with leadership across marketing, product/operations and finance to align the go-to-market organization with the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Oversee sales, business development, account management and customer success teams.
- Build and manage key metrics (e.g., pipeline, win rates, average deal size, churn rate, customer lifetime value) to monitor performance and drive accountability.
- Ensure effective forecasting, planning and budgeting for revenue operations.
- Collaborate with marketing and product/operations to ensure the value proposition supports go-to-market execution and customer retention.
- Establish pricing strategies, packaging and revenue streams (new and existing) to optimize growth and profitability.
- Lead hiring, training, coaching and development of revenue-facing teams.
- Work with finance to define compensation plans and incentive models that align with growth goals.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships or channels to accelerate revenue.
- Champion customer experience and ensure alignment of sales and service to maximize revenue retention and expansion.
- Report regularly to the CEO and executive team on revenue performance, trends, risks and opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in revenue leadership roles (sales, business development or customer success) with several years at senior management or executive level.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth (e.g., significant % growth year-over-year) in a small to mid-sized company.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with revenue analytics, forecasting and pipeline management.
- Excellent leadership, coaching and team-building capabilities.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change; able to build structure and process in a growing organization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to engage with board, executive team and key stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with ability to set direction, gain buy-in, and execute.
- Experience setting pricing models, packaging strategies, channel or partnerships is a plus.
