Objective of the role:
This role exists to design, maintain, and optimise Niico’s revenue engine by owning all sales processes, CRM systems, enablement assets, ROI templates, deal room structures, demonstration frameworks, reporting, and revenue operations workflows. The purpose is to ensure that Sales, Customer Success, and Growth operate consistently, efficiently, and in alignment with a product-led, measurable-value sales model. The role enables the Founder, Account Executive, Head of Growth, and Head of Customer Success to perform at the highest level through structure, systems, tools, and data.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and document the full end-to-end revenue process from enquiry to discovery to demo to proposal to onboarding to adoption to expansion. Ensure every stage is consistent, repeatable, measurable, and integrated into the CRM.
- CRM Ownership and Workflow Automation
Own the CRM configuration, including pipelines, automation, routing, qualification, stage gating, follow-up workflows, reporting logic, and data standards. Ensure CRM becomes the single source of truth for the business.
Create and maintain the personalised digital deal room templates used for every prospect. Ensure deal room structure is consistent, updated, value-led, and aligned with the Niico sales process.
- ROI Templates and Financial Models
Own the development, logic, and accuracy of all ROI models used in pre-sales and post-sale. Build workflow-based time saving models, financial assumptions, and value frameworks that support Sales and Customer Success.
Create and maintain discovery frameworks, proposal templates, commercial calculators, playbooks, talk tracks, objection handling guides, email sequences, and messaging templates. Ensure all assets remain current and aligned with the Niico narrative.
Own creation, maintenance, and structure of the demonstration library, demo scripts, demo decks, and demo environment. Work with Delivery to ensure demo accuracy. Train Sales and CS in demo execution.
- Reporting and Forecasting
Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline health, forecast accuracy, conversion rates, usage data, ROI performance, expansion performance, and operational efficiency. Provide weekly reporting to the Founder.
- Collaboration with Customer Success
Support Customer Success with post-sale ROI templates, QBR decks, adoption analytics, and expansion playbooks. Ensure value realisation can be tracked and demonstrated consistently.
- Collaboration with Sales and Growth
Support the Account Executive with demo assets, templates, playbooks, sequences, and ROI models. Support the Head of Growth with dashboards, campaign performance data, and message alignment.
Regularly audit sales process execution, CRM hygiene, demo quality, ROI creation accuracy, and deal room completion. Ensure every prospect and customer experiences a consistent Niico journey.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in sales operations, revenue operations, sales enablement, or related roles in SaaS, AI, consulting, or technology services.
- Strong CRM expertise with the ability to design pipelines, workflows, automation, validation rules, and reporting.
- Ability to build sales assets including playbooks, scripts, ROI tools, templates, demos, and discovery frameworks.
- Analytical capability to build financial models, conversion dashboards, and reporting structures.
- Excellent written communication for documentation, templates, and enablement materials.
- Experience supporting Sales and Customer Success teams in a scale-up environment.
- Capability to translate product workflows into demos and ROI models.
- Process-orientated mindset with attention to detail and operational discipline.
