You’ll spend your day in our busy fashion warehouse picking and packing orders, keeping inventory organized, and working at your desk on customer emails, phone calls, and online sales portals. This is a hands-on, day-in/day-out operations role where you manage multiple accounts, cover for teammates, and keep shipments and customers on track.
If you’re a fast learner, very organized, comfortable on your feet and at a computer, and live close enough not to waste time commuting – this job is for you. You’ll learn our merchandise inside and out while supporting both warehouse logistics and sales/customer service.

What You’ll Do – Day to DayWarehouse, Picking & Packing (Core of the Role)
- Pick and pack fashion jewelry and apparel orders accurately for multiple customer accounts.
- Carefully present merchandise in boxes
- Review packing lists, collect all items from inventory, pack boxes, and print packing slips – double-checking every item is accounted for.
- Move boxes around the office/warehouse to prepare for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Do quick inventory counts, return inventory to the correct bins, and keep stock organized. Process returns from Ecommerce websites.
- Help clean, organize, and maintain a tidy, efficient warehouse space.
- Coordinate with the team to make sure this week’s packages and bigger orders/projects are completed on time.
Customer Service & Account Support
- Act as a point person covering for others: answer phones, respond to customer emails, and support multiple accounts throughout the day.
- Handle basic customer service issues with a calm, professional, friendly tone.
- Prepare and send line sheets, simple sales proposals, and follow-ups to buyers.
- Learn which accounts, styles, and price points work for which customers, and help the team exceed sales goals.
Online Portals, Merchandising & Data Work
- Help merchandise and update online B2B portals and manage several accounts’ product listings.
- Update databases with key dates, pricing, SKUs, and inventory information.
- Assist with inventory management across multiple sales channels (what’s selling, what’s in stock, what needs to move).
- Support analysis of competition, stores, sales targets, merchandise, and social media.
- Prepare for trade shows, buyer meetings, and future seasons (line sheets, mood boards, organizing samples).

Required Skills & Experience
- Good English communication skills – reading, writing, and speaking.
- Comfortable on your feet and at a desk – warehouse work + computer work.
- Internet/computer literate; fast and accurate data entry.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general online tools.
- Strong time-management; able to juggle multiple projects and accounts.
- Experience in one or more of the following is helpful:
- Warehouse worker, order picker, shipping/receiving clerk, packer, stocker, general labor, or factory production
- Customer service, phones, email support
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to commute to White Plains, NY within 30 minutes (required).
Nice-to-Have / Bonus
- Experience with Excel, UPS Shipping, ERP Systems, Shopify or warehouse/inventory systems.
- Strong Excel, Math and Reading skills, comfort with analytics and reporting.
- Understanding of fashion/accessories trends, materials, colors, and what looks good online.
- Experience preparing lookbooks, PowerPoints, or line sheets (e.g., Brandboom & Excel).
- 4-year Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong judgment and problem-solving; you think for the business and try to make sense of the data before moving.
