Pepper is building a new category of content and SEO growth platform, where strategy, content, technology, automation, and AI come together to drive measurable business outcomes.
We are now extending this foundation to build a modern enterprise growth engine, and we are looking to hire our first Head of US GTM to own and scale our go-to-market motion in the US market.
About the Role
As Head of US GTM, you will own the entire go-to-market strategy and execution for the US: pipeline, demand generation, sales alignment, positioning, and revenue growth across new business and expansion. You will define how Pepper wins in the US market and build the engine to get there.
This is both a strategic and a hands-on role. You will set the GTM strategy and operating rhythm, then roll up your sleeves to build programs, run experiments, and drive results. You will work shoulder to shoulder with sales, product, product marketing, and customer success to deliver a consistent customer journey and accountable, measurable growth. This role primarily works in the US time zone.
What You Will Do
• Own US GTM strategy and revenue. Define and execute the go-to-market plan for the US, and own pipeline and revenue targets across new business and expansion in partnership with sales and customer success leaders.
• Build the demand generation engine. Create sustained, iterative programs across demand channels: paid marketing, email, SEO, conversion rate optimization, and, over time, ABM, social, and content marketing.
• Sharpen positioning and messaging. Partner with product marketing to ensure clear, compelling positioning and a consistent experience across the full customer journey.
• Drive funnel performance. Rigorously audit the full funnel, surface data-driven insights, and make fast adjustments to accelerate growth. Work closely with the SDR function to improve lead-to-discovery conversion.
• Collaborate and prioritize. Work cross-functionally and use data to focus the team on the right initiatives in the right order.
• Present strategy and results to leadership. Articulate key initiatives and present performance reviews including financials, test results, forecasts, and metrics. Hold yourself and your team accountable for outcomes.
• Stay hands-on. Contribute directly to campaign development, content, and tactical execution as needed.
What You Will Bring
• 10+ years of GTM, demand generation, and/or digital marketing experience, with B2B and enterprise software experience a strong plus
• 4+ years in a leadership role, ideally building and scaling GTM motions for a new or growing market (experience managing contractors and distributed teams is a plus)
• A proven, data-driven operator who has built multi-channel demand programs across geos and segments and delivered against aggressive growth targets
• Experience owning pipeline and revenue, and managing or working closely with the SDR function to improve conversion
• Experience launching or scaling GTM in the US market, working with US stakeholders
• Strong command of marketing automation tools, and Google Analytics
• A collaborative team player who partners effectively with marketing, sales, product, and customer success to hit business goals
• A detail-oriented operator who can cohere teams, drive efficiency, and thrive in a fast-paced organization
