We're seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Lead to drive operational excellence across our go-to-market teams. In this strategic role, you'll be responsible for optimizing our revenue engine by aligning sales, marketing, and customer success operations, implementing data-driven processes, and ensuring our teams have the tools and insights they need to scale effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution
· Design and implement revenue operations strategy aligned with company growth objectives
· Own forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue analytics across the customer lifecycle
· Partner with GTM leadership to set targets, define territories, and optimize resource allocation
· Identify and drive process improvements to increase operational efficiency and revenue predictability
· Manage and optimize our revenue tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms, etc.)
· Ensure seamless data flow and integration between systems
· Drive adoption of tools and processes across revenue teams
· Evaluate and implement new technologies to support scaling needs
Data & Analytics
· Build and maintain dashboards and reporting infrastructure for revenue metrics
· Provide actionable insights on pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue performance
· Conduct analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
· Establish and monitor KPIs across sales, marketing, and customer success
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Serve as the operational bridge between sales, marketing, and customer success teams
· Work closely with finance on revenue recognition, bookings, and financial planning
· Partner with leadership to design compensation plans and incentive structures
· Support strategic initiatives including pricing strategy, packaging, and GTM launches
Team Leadership
· Build and develop a high-performing revenue operations team
· Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement
· Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants
Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related analytical roles
- Proven track record of scaling revenue operations in a high-growth environment
- Deep expertise with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and revenue tech stack
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in B2B SaaS or technology companies
- Background in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
- SQL or Python skills for advanced data analysis
- Understanding of revenue recognition principles and financial modeling
- Experience implementing AI/ML tools for revenue optimization
- MBA or relevant advanced degree
