Role Description
This CFO role is specifically for a online real estate / insurance . The role is based in London, UK with a hybrid working model allowing a combination of on-site presence and remote work. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and overseeing the firm’s financial activities, providing expert financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with legal and administrative teams to support financial strategy and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience real estate and insurance
- Proven ability to provide financial leadership and strategic planning in insurance ( ideally with real estate as well)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid setting
- Qualified accountant with a solid track record in high-level financial management
- Someone who can deep dive into expenses / margins and improve profitability
- ACA/ACCA
- At least 5 years experience as a CFO
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the insurance sector. Annual salary up to £150k plus benefits.
