Bromley Healthcare are looking for an exceptional Chief Financial Officer to join our Executive Leadership Team at a pivotal point in our journey. As CFO and full Executive & Company Director, you will provide strategic financial leadership to ensure long-term sustainability, commercial strength and the ability to invest in innovation and growth. You will champion robust governance, value for money and financial transformation, while contributing across the organisation to strengthen our position as a leader in integrated community care.
We are looking for a credible, values-driven senior finance leader with significant experience in complex, regulated environments. You will bring a strong track record in financial strategy, sustainability and transformation, with the ability to operate effectively across organisational and system boundaries. Commercially astute and analytically strong, you will also be grounded in compassion and committed to staff ownership, inclusion and improving outcomes for the communities we serve.

Compensation is contingent upon NHS experience and current banding/pay point.
