Location: Columbus, Ohio (Onsite)
Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 per year
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
We are seeking a Business Applications Specialist to manage and optimize the software systems that keep our business running. This role is fully onsite and offers the opportunity to work closely with multiple departments to ensure our applications are efficient, reliable, and aligned with organizational needs.
- Act as the subject matter expert for business applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues for end users.
- Configure, test, and improve application features.
- Coordinate upgrades, patches, and integrations.
- Train employees and provide ongoing support.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement solutions.
- Analyze data and create reports to support decision-making.
- Strong technical skills with experience in databases, PowerShell scripting, and integrations.
- Ability to solve problems and explain technical concepts clearly.
- Comfortable working with APIs, SQL, and Microsoft tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience.
