About our client and the role:
TopHat HR is partnering with a dynamic SaaS company that delivers innovative solutions to help businesses automate and scale their operations. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Coordinator to join their team and contribute to the optimization of revenue processes, systems, and reporting across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Operations & CRM Support:
- Assist in managing and optimizing Zoho CRM (or similar systems), ensuring data accuracy, automation efficiency, and seamless integrations.
- Support the assignment of incoming leads to SDRs, AEs based on predefined criteria by marketing.
- Help oversee demo scheduling, tracking, and notes management in the revenue channel.
- Monitor automation workflows, including proposal requests and ticket assignments, and alarm issues for resolution.
- Support the handoff of pending proposals and maintain overall pipeline efficiency.
- Assist in creating and submitting pricing proposals as needed.
Key Projects:
- Revenue Pipeline Management: Help track, maintain, and organize the revenue pipeline for clear visibility across teams.
- Forecasting & Analytics: Support revenue forecasting and reporting efforts, analyzing trends and identifying potential growth opportunities.
- Tool Stack Ownership: Assist in managing the company’s revenue-related tools, ensuring proper usage, adoption, and integrations.
- KPI Reporting: Support the creation of dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators for revenue teams.
Data Analytics & Reporting:
- Assist in developing and maintaining databases and reporting dashboards to track key revenue and operational metrics.
- Help analyze performance trends and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting accuracy and data governance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or data analytics.
- Experience working in a SaaS environment or familiarity with SaaS business models and metrics.
- Proficiency with Zoho CRM (or similar CRM systems) and automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across revenue, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Interest in process automation, system integrations, and workflow optimization.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
