Job Description
As our new Executive Business Operations Partner - RIN, you will report directly to the Managing Director, Ramboll India. You will be one of the primary contacts for internal and external stakeholders on all operational matters pertaining to the conduct of business in India, where the MD office is to be engaged.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Initiate preparation of agenda of various meetings like Leadership team meetings, Governance meetings, Townhalls, Weekly reviews, client status meetings, Off-site etc.; schedule, coordinate & record the minutes and further follow up on action plan
- Be an Executive Assistant to the Ramboll India Legal entity Board preparing content for Board Meetings, Minutes, action follow-ups etc.
- Provide management level inputs and analysis to MD to facilitate strategic level decision-making, such as – global workshare (including Ramboll engineering centre) metrices/dashboards, business intelligence (including competition and market trends), and special projects as assigned by the MD.
- Planning and draft of agenda for high level visit in India (GEB visit, GBA MDs visit, Geo MD visit etc)
- Coordinate with HR and others for the annual India leadership conference
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks. Manage an extremely active appointment calendar of the Managing Director with various stakeholders; compose and prepare correspondence that is sometimes confidential; compiling documents for meetings.
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the MD’s office and the leadership teams, employees, internal/external stakeholders, etc., demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with all stakeholders
- Manage Industry connects with Embassies, IDBA, IDCC, CII, Nasscomm etc. including coordinating for industry award submissions.
- CSR India Lead: Handle and co-ordinate various CSR activities acting as
- Prepare annual CSR strategy including identifying themes/objectives in consultation with Ramboll India [RIN] CSR Committee.
- Coordinate with Finance for annual CSR Budgets and spend.
- Prepare communication plan and material for employee engagement.
- Manage full life cycle of a CSR project
- Flourish Lead for India
- Align with Global Flourish Lead for driving community projects in India
- Coordinate and monitor Flourish projects in India
- Provide support for Flourish SteerCo meetings
- Support in communication plan for all project milestones, employee outreach
- Coordinate with Flourish Finance Auditor for assessment and reports
- Collecting volunteer feedback and identify actionable items
- Provide support for Annual Flourish report
- India SPOC for Cyber Crisis Response plan
- Coordinate with Group Cyber Crisis Response team
- Conduct periodic training with India core team for Cyber Crisis Response
- Documentation update with respect to Cyber Crisis Response plan
- Update emergency contact details for India – key contacts
- Coordinate with Crisis Coordinator and Log Keepers for mock drills for Cyber Crisis Response
- NAPS Compliance and Report filings
- Work closely with the business directors for interns hiring
- Comply with regulatory requirements of the scheme
- Work with respective consultants and department for regulatory filings
Qualifications
- MBA in Finance, statistics, or business operations.
- Strong work tenure: Min 10 years of experience from a multinational company handling similar roles
- Has spent 4-5 years running a business delivery team or as a Project Manager having delivered business projects or experience of Corporate Affairs.
- Experience in Business Development will be an added advantage
- Experience and interest in internal and external communications.
- Very high level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), and Social Media web platforms
