Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Business Operations & Sales to oversee our day-to-day operations, ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes, and negotiate with vendors (Hotels) for better rates, open to travel across India.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently on a daily basis for smooth operations
- Negotiate with Vendors for better rates and contracts
- Travel across India on a project basis (as required)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and hotels
- Monitor and improve operational processes
- Meet sales targets and expand business revenue
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 1 + years of experience in sales, operations, or customer service
- Proven track record of excellent customer service and sales performance
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
