Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a Chief Sales Officer at ETP Earthing & LPS Solution Pvt. Ltd. The Chief Sales Officer will lead the sales department, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and oversee all sales activities. Responsibilities include managing sales operations, leading and training the sales team, driving sales targets, and building relationships with key partners and stakeholders to expand market share. Collaborative leadership and strategy execution will be central to the role.
Qualifications
- 30+ years of extensive experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Business Development, and Market Expansion
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and scale large, high-performing sales teams across multiple regions
- Strong expertise in developing long-term sales strategies, pricing models, and revenue growth plans
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, driving profitability, and improving market presence
- Expertise in channel development, distributor management, and B2B relationship building
- Strong background in training, mentoring, and leadership development, with the ability to uplift team performance and productivity
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape analysis
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Production
- Ability to implement CRM tools, sales processes, and performance management systems
- Strong capability to handle large-scale operations, manage budgets, and optimize sales efficiency
- Prior experience in engineering, electrical, construction, or manufacturing industries is highly advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field; M. E (Electrical) preferred
