What we’re looking for:
• A qualified CA/MBA (Finance) with 15+ years of progressive experience
• Proven track record in strategic financial planning, budgeting, treasury, compliance, and risk management
• Experience in manufacturing, retail, or textile sectors preferred
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work closely with promoters and drive business outcomes in a growth-driven environment
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the finance function across all business verticals
• Drive strategic budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business objectives
• Manage investor relations and long-term financial strategy
• Ensure financial governance, compliance, and risk mitigation
• Drive cost optimization, efficiency, and profitability
• Support digital transformation and sustainable growth initiatives
