Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risk
- Oversee accounting, audits, compliance, taxation and regulatory filings
- Develop financial strategies aligned with company goals and growth plans
- Present financial insights to top management for decision-making
- Implement and strengthen financial controls, systems, and processes
- Manage banking operations, investor relations (if required), and external stakeholders
- Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team
- Support business expansion and cost-optimisation initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; CA / CMA / CPA / CFA highly preferred
- 10+ years of experience in senior financial roles
- Strong expertise in:
✓ Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
✓ Budgeting & Forecasting
✓ Corporate Finance & Cash Flow Management
✓ Compliance, GST, TDS, and Audit
✓ Financial Modelling & MIS Reporting
- Proficiency in ERP systems, accounting software & Excel
- Excellent communication, leadership and ethical decision-making
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Experience in e-commerce / retail / service industry
- Experience in fundraising, mergers & acquisitions, or investor relations
- Ability to build scalable financial systems

Pay: ₹41,625.28 - ₹147,819.78 per month
