Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our company's financial planning, management, and growth initiatives. Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the company’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support decision-making processes
- Manage financial risks by implementing robust controls and compliance measures
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations
- Lead negotiations with banks, investors, vendors, and other stakeholders to secure favorable terms
- Oversee accounting, audit, tax, and treasury functions to ensure regulatory compliance and fiscal integrity
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, mergers & acquisitions, and business development opportunities
- Provide leadership and mentorship to finance teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes impacting financial practices
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive with a track record of strategic leadership in a dynamic environment
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to establish beneficial partnerships and agreements
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement, operational efficiency, and financial systems optimization
- Exceptional leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Solid background in business development initiatives and project management
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Excellent analytical skills paired with effective communication abilities

Pay: $125,035.08-$229,669.24 per year
