Sales Operations Executive — Post-Sales & Project Coordination
Job Title: Sales Operations Executive / Client Success Executive

Role Overview
* The Sales Ops Executive will ensure smooth execution after a sale is closed. The role involves coordinating with operations teams, documenting project scopes, tracking implementation, managing client communication, and ensuring timely delivery of commitments (photos, geotags, reports, dashboards).
Key Responsibilities
Post-Sales Coordination
* Own the handover from Sales to Operations.
* Document scope, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and client requirements.
* Ensure all departments have clarity on the project plan.
Client Relationship (Post-Sales)
* Serve as the primary point of contact for the client during project delivery.
* Provide regular updates, reports, and deliverables (plantation photos, geotags, survival audits, dashboards).
* Handle escalations sensitively and professionally.
Project Tracking & Reporting
* Track progress of plantation activities: pit digging, planting, irrigation, fencing, replacements, audits etc.
* Maintain accurate data on survival rates, budgets, timelines, and vendor performance.
* Update internal dashboards and client-facing reporting tools.
Process Optimization
* Standardize documentation, checklists, and reporting processes.
* Identify bottlenecks and collaborate with Ops for smoother workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 2–5 years in project coordination, client success, sales ops
* Strong communication, documentation, and Excel/CRM skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects across states with strict deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
