We are looking for a detail-oriented, high-energy Sales Operations Manager to bridge the gap between our Sales and Finance departments.
In this role, you won’t just be supervising; you’ll be the "player-coach" who ensures contracts are captured accurately while driving the efficiency of the data entry team.
Lead & Mentor: Supervise a team of Sales Operations Consultants, providing training, conducting quality audits, and managing daily workflows to ensure contracts are processed in a timely manner.
Data Integrity: Directly manage the high-volume entry of contract terms, pricing, and customer metadata into our systems with 100% accuracy.
Salesforce Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards to track contract volume, processing turnaround times, and data accuracy trends.
Leadership Experience: Proven ability to manage a team in a data-centric or high-volume administrative role
Analytical Mindset: You understand how data impacts the bottom line and company forecasting
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge of Salesforce, specifically around custom reporting and building dashboards is preferred
Sales or Sales Development experience is a plus
Shift: 7:30 PM- 4:30 AM IST (US Shift)
