We are seeking a Salesforce CPQ Engineer with hands-on experience in pricing, quoting, logic, etc.,

What You'll Do:
- Provide end-to-end support for Salesforce CPQ applications in a managed services environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product configuration, pricing, quoting, and approvals.
- Perform system maintenance, enhancements, and optimization for CPQ solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business continuity and SLA adherence.
- Implement best practices for CPQ processes and maintain compliance with organizational standards.
- Work on incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis for recurring issues.
- Assist in minor enhancements and configuration changes as per business requirements.
- Document technical solutions, processes, and provide knowledge transfer to stakeholders.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ and a proven track record in Managed Services (Support work).
- The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ and Managed Services, ensuring smooth operations, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of CPQ solutions. Exposure to Logik.io or PROS is a strong plus.
