PING, Inc., maker of PING golf equipment, is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst that will develop, administer, manage, monitor, and assist with technologies including PowerApps, PowerBI, Excel, CRM and other analytical reporting tools that assist domestic and international Sales Operations in evaluating sales performance or effectiveness. This position requires the candidate to reside in the Phoenix Metro Area, relocation assistance will be provided.

YOU WILL:
- Oversee, develop and monitor PowerApps, Excel, and Power BI reports that enable senior managers to evaluate product launches, initial product sell-in, National Account reporting, Sales Rep reporting, International Distributor reporting and other key measurements that allow the PING team to evaluate sales, Sales Representative, National Accounts, and Distributors performance.
- Design, build, and maintain Power BI semantic models and datasets within the Azure environment to ensure scalable, accurate, and performant reporting solutions.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data from various sources for use in Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Champion sales and selling automation by utilizing current sales tools and assist in the creation of new sales tools. Work with sales services team on development of needs.
- Oversee, develop and monitor the sales dashboard for Management, National Accounts, Distributors and Sales Representatives that highlights key data and performance.
- Create and Maintain a Power Bi reporting Database for all Excel based forms and tools used by Sales Management, National Account Management, Sales Representatives, International Operations, and Sales Operations.
- Attend and participate in regularly scheduled Regional Managers’ Sales conference calls with prepared information, questions and internal updates as needed.
- Work with Sales Services team to provide detailed, accurate and timely sales reporting through Power BI to review industry trends and sales. Share with Executives, Sales Management, National Account Management, Sales Representatives and Distributors.
- Function as liaison between Sales Management, National Account Management, Sales Representatives, Sales Services, Marketing, International Operations, Credit, Customer Service, and other departments to improve reporting, communication, and measurement process. Facilitate necessary forms, tools, resources, and procedures prior to booking season. Work with Sales Services to provide ongoing Power BI reporting of bookings to Executives, Sales Management, National Account Management and Sales Reps.
- Oversee management of repositioned product, compliance, and reporting.
- Occasional domestic travel may be required.
YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree from a properly accredited college or university, plus a minimum two years’ directly related experience; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI Desktop and Azure BI Service, including report development, data modeling, DAX calculations, and Power Query (M language).
- Experience building and managing Power BI semantic models (datasets) with proper relationships, measures and calculated columns.
- Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and team skills with the proven ability to build consensus.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Strong analytical background.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions & constraints.
- Must have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and keep up with the administrative requirements of the position.
