A new fundamental layer of infrastructure.
We’re hiring a Founding VP Go-To-Market who will co-create the commercial strategy with us from zero and become a key leader in defining this category.
Required ExperienceMinimum 2+ years in GTM / Growth / Product-Led / Sales roles at developer-first or infrastructure companies such as:
Vercel, Datadog, Snowflake, Confluent, HashiCorp, Fastly, Cloudflare, GitLab, MongoDB, LaunchDarkly, Temporal, PlanetScale, Netlify, Render
or other companies of similar caliber.
We’re looking for someone who has seen what world-class GTM machinery looks like — and knows how to build it.
Equity & Structure- This is an equity-first role (no base salary at this stage).
- Standard 4-year vesting with a 1-year cliff.
- Additional vesting tied to key company milestones, including:
- establishing a repeatable GTM engine,
- achieving early significant commercial traction,
- unlocking the next stage of company scale.
- Full equity unlock requires long-term commitment and milestone completion.
What You’ll Do- Co-create the GTM strategy with the founders: segmentation, ICP, positioning, narrative.
- Build the early commercial motion: developer adoption, community, partnerships, pipeline.
- Design and test monetization models and product packaging.
- Launch the sales motion: bottoms-up, top-down, enterprise pilots.
- Help define and shape the new market category of Self-Healing Infrastructure.
