Our client is a fast-growing SaaS business helping finance teams modernise and streamline procurement, treasury, and wider financial operations.
As part of their continued expansion, they are looking to hire a GTM Engineer to help scale and optimise their go-to-market function across Europe. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys combining commercial thinking with technical problem-solving in a high-growth environment.
The business is looking for an individual who thrives in fast-paced scale-up organisations and enjoys building scalable outbound and revenue-generating processes from the ground up.
The Role
The GTM Engineer will sit closely alongside commercial and growth leadership, helping to design, automate, and improve outbound infrastructure, lead generation processes, and go-to-market workflows.
This role will play a key part in improving how the business identifies, engages, and converts prospective customers across the market. The successful individual will combine technical curiosity with strong commercial understanding and will be comfortable working across data, systems, automation, and GTM execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimise outbound and prospecting workflows
- Develop scalable GTM processes and automation across the revenue function
- Support lead generation and pipeline creation initiatives
- Work closely with sales, growth, and leadership teams to improve operational efficiency
- Implement and manage tooling across the GTM stack
- Analyse data and performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness
- Identify opportunities to improve targeting, enrichment, and prospect engagement
- Contribute to the wider growth strategy as the business scales internationally
Required Experience
- Experience working within a GTM Engineering, Growth, RevOps, or Sales Operations focused role
- Strong understanding of outbound infrastructure, automation, and modern GTM tooling
- Experience using platforms such as Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, or similar tools
- Comfortable working with data, workflows, and process optimisation
- Previous experience within SaaS or high-growth technology businesses
- Office of Finance, Treasury, or Procurement software market experience would be highly beneficial
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating within fast-paced scale-up environments
