Seeks a skilled and dedicated Certified Municipal Finance Officer (CMFO) to lead its Finance Department. Following the appointment of a new Borough Administrator, Glen Rock is now recruiting for a CMFO who will serve as the Borough’s chief financial steward to help ensure the continued fiscal stability of this full-service municipality with a $25 million budget. Key Responsibilities include: the preparation and administration of the annual operating and capital budgets, financial reporting, maintenance of internal controls, audit coordination, cash management, debt administration, investments, and grant oversight. The successful candidate must ensure all financial practices comply with New Jersey Local Finance Law and the regulations of the Division of Local Government Services (DLGS). Experience with municipal accounting systems such as Munidex & Edmunds is preferred. Part-Time Position: 25–35 hours per week, depending on candidate. Salary Range: $60,000-$85,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
