Akkodis is Seeking a Sales Operations Analyst for location of Maple Grove MN. This is a 12-month contract Position. Ideally looking for a candidate with experience Medical Device Manufacturing Industry.
Pay Range: $40 - $45/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors
Job Duties
• Design, build, and optimize Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that communicate insights effectively.
• Gather and understand business requirements; translate requirements into reports for analysis.
• Develop and maintain data models, data sources, and Tableau data extracts to support reporting needs.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including strategy, marketing, and IT—to ensure accurate and timely data delivery.
• Optimize dashboards for performance, user experience, and data refresh efficiency.
• Support end users with troubleshooting, dashboard enhancements, and training as needed.
• Perform data analysis, identify trends, and validate data accuracy across multiple data sources.
Required Experience:
- 3 - 5 Years with BA or 1 - 3 Years with MBA
- Tableau building experience is a big plus
- Medical Industry is a plus
- Sales operations and sales support experience
