RMT Engineering
RMT Engineering is the Group’s technology arm. We build and scale IT services & product engineering (custom software, cloud, data & analytics, intelligent automation) and AI/ML solutions & products, including OptiML QMS, Chatbot/Voicebot/Conversational Bots, Dialer/IVR/Logger, CRM and model engineering platforms. We work end-to-end—from discovery and pilots/POCs to secure production rollouts with robust SLAs.
Together, Radical Minds + RMT Engineering offer an integrated Operations + Technology stack that accelerates modernization and time-to-value for enterprises across various industries/domain.
We are now building a unified global Sales & Business Development engine across India, US and UK/Europe and implementing Zoho One as the core operating platform for both Radical Minds and RMT Engineering.
To drive this, we are hiring a hands-on AGM/GM – CRM & Revenue Operations (Zoho) as a single owner for CRM, tools, dashboards and GTM operations across the entire Radical Minds Group (both companies together).
We are not looking for a theoretical profile or someone who only strategise or manages vendors—this person must be deeply hands-on, technically strong and process-oriented, able to design and implement, not just review PPTs.
Role Summary
The AGM/GM – CRM & Revenue Operations (Zoho) will:
- Own Zoho One / Zoho CRM end-to-end – design, implementation, configuration, administration and continuous improvement for both Radical Minds and RMT Engineering.
- Act as SPOC for all BD teams (India, US, UK/Europe, Domestic, PSU/Govt, RMT Tech), SPOC for Management, and SPOC for Digital Marketing team.
- Set up and manage lead flows, lead assignment, campaigns, reporting and dashboards across RM & RMT.
- Own and coordinate integrations between Zoho and external tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, TenderTiger, GeM, BidPrime, Meta/Insta/Google Adwords and digital marketing platforms.
- Ensure high data hygiene, process discipline and adoption across the organisation.
This is a high-visibility individual contributor role working directly with the Founder & MD, Executive Director, CFO, CMO and global BD heads. There is no team under you initially – you will be expected to personally configure, build and run the CRM & RevOps stack.
Key Responsibilities
1. Zoho One / Zoho CRM Ownership
- Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration and administration of Zoho CRM (and related Zoho apps like Campaigns, Desk, Analytics) for both RM & RMT.
- Design and maintain:
- Modules, fields, page layouts and validation rules
- Pipelines and deal stages for both RM and RMT businesses
- Territories, lead and deal assignment rules
- Workflows, automation, approvals and notifications
- Manage user roles, profiles, access rights and security across multiple business units and geographies.
- Act as the primary point of contact with Zoho and any Zoho implementation partners.
2. SPOC for BD Teams, Management and Marketing
- Act as single point of contact for all Sales/BD leaders:
- US (North America), UK/Europe, India Corporate/Enterprise, RMT Tech, Domestic, PSU/Govt/Tenders.
- Work closely with Founder & MD, Executive Director, CFO and CXOs to:
- Design and maintain management dashboards and MIS for pipeline, revenue, forecasts and performance.
- Partner with CMO and digital marketing team to:
- Integrate campaigns and landing pages with Zoho
- Define and maintain lead flows, tagging and attribution
- Ensure every marketing lead is tracked end-to-end inside CRM.
3. Lead Management, Campaign & Funnel Operations
- Design and maintain a robust lead management framework:
- Lead sources, lead statuses, priorities and SLAs
- Lead assignment logic (region, product, segment, brand – RM vs RMT)
- Escalation rules for unattended / ageing leads.
- Coordinate with Digital Marketing to:
- Capture all inbound leads from Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, website forms and campaigns into Zoho with proper UTM/source tagging.
- Implement basic and later advanced lead scoring models using Zoho and connected tools.
- Ensure seamless mapping of Lead → Opportunity → Proposal → Win/Loss within Zoho for both RM and RMT.
4. Integrations & Tool Stack Management
- Design, set up and maintain integrations between Zoho and:
- Apollo.io – contacts, accounts, activities, sequences mapping
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator – account and contact workflows where applicable
- TenderTiger, GeM, other tender portals, BidPrime – through APIs or structured imports/exports, with proper mapping into Zoho
- Telephony / email systems and other lead sources as needed.
- Coordinate with external vendors (Zoho, Apollo, TenderTiger, etc.) for:
- Implementation support
- Troubleshooting and optimisation
- Feature roll-outs and upgrades.
5. Reporting, Dashboards & Analytics
- Build and maintain standard dashboards in Zoho CRM / Zoho Analytics for:
- Senior management (Founders, ED, CFO, CXOs)
- Regional BD heads
- Marketing and tender teams.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly CRM/RevOps MIS:
- Leads created, meetings booked, opportunities created
- Pipeline by stage, by region, by product, by channel
- Win/loss metrics with reasons
- Tender/RFP funnel (identified, submitted, shortlisted, won).
- Support leadership with ad-hoc analysis and data extracts for reviews, board meetings, investors and client presentations.
6. Data Quality, Governance & Training
- Own data hygiene and governance in Zoho:
- Standardised naming conventions and mandatory fields
- Dedupe checks and processes
- Regular audits for missing, incomplete or stale data.
- Conduct training and refreshers for BD, SDRs, tender team and marketing on:
- How to use Zoho correctly
- How to log activities and update pipeline
- How to interpret dashboards and reports.
- Monitor user adoption and activity metrics; flag and escalate non-compliance to respective heads.
Required Experience & Background
- Total Experience: 8–15 years
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on Zoho CRM (or equivalent CRM) configuration and administration is mandatory.
- Proven experience in roles such as:
- CRM Administrator / Zoho Consultant
- Revenue Operations / Sales Operations
- Marketing Operations with deep CRM ownership.
- Experience in B2B services / SaaS / IT / BPO / outsourcing environment will be preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with senior leadership and multiple business stakeholders.
Technical & Tool Skills (Mandatory / Strongly Preferred)
- Deep, hands-on expertise in Zoho CRM:
- Modules, layouts, validation rules, workflows, blueprints, automation, APIs/webhooks.
- Working knowledge of broader Zoho ecosystem:
- Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics (or other BI tools).
- Experience integrating CRM with:
- Apollo.io or similar outbound/sequence tools
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, landing page tools).
- Comfort with:
- APIs, webhooks, third-party connectors (e.g. Zapier/Make)
- CSV/Excel-based imports, data cleaning and transformation
- Building and maintaining dashboards and reports.
Domain & Process Understanding
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and funnels:
- Lead → MQL/SQL → Opportunity → Proposal → Win/Loss.
- Familiarity with:
- Territory management, quotas, forecasting, pipeline health
- Lead assignment, SLAs, follow-up cadence
- Campaign attribution and basic marketing analytics concepts (UTM, source/medium, etc.).
Personal Attributes
- Hands-on individual contributor – willing to personally configure, test, fix and optimise systems (not just coordinate vendors).
- High ownership and accountability – behaves like an internal consultant and system owner.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Hindi.
- Ability to influence and enforce process with senior BD leaders while maintaining good relationships.
- Structured, detail-oriented, comfortable creating documentation, SOPs and trainings.
- Mature, stable, and comfortable working with confidential business data and leadership-level visibility.
Education
- Graduate in Engineering / Computer Science / IT / Maths / Statistics / Business / Commerce.
- Certifications in Zoho CRM / CRM administration / marketing automation / data analytics will be an added advantage.
Role Type & Growth
- Role Type: Senior individual contributor (AGM/GM level) – no team initially.
- Potential to build and lead a small CRM/RevOps team in future once the platform is stabilised and scaled.
