Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and systems oriented Revenue Operations Analyst who enjoys experimentation, automation, and building scalable processes. This role sits at the core of the revenue engine and partners with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to design, optimize, and continuously improve systems, data flows, and GTM processes.
The ideal candidate is a tinkerer. Someone who refines workflows, rebuilds them better, connects tools, and solves operational problems using data and automation. You will collaborate closely with the Senior RevOps Manager and other cross-functional team members, to execute initiatives at speed.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Systems and Architecture
- Own CRM architecture across pipelines, lifecycle stages, routing logic, and automation workflows.
- Integrate and maintain sync across CRM, sales engagement tools, marketing platforms, databases, and internal systems.
- Design scalable process frameworks for acquisition, expansion, renewals, and retention.
- Continuously test and improve system configurations to remove inefficiencies.
Data Integrity and Governance
- Define data quality standards, validation logic, and process guardrails.
- Build frameworks to track ARR, renewals, upsells, contractions, and pipeline movement.
- Align teams on metric definitions and attribution logic.
- Identify data gaps and implement automation to fix them.
Analytics and Insight Generation
- Build executive dashboards covering pipeline health, conversion rates, ARR, quota attainment, and product usage.
- Analyze deal velocity, lifecycle conversion, and GTM performance.
- Write advanced queries and perform structured data analysis to uncover insights.
- Support forecasting and planning with data backed recommendations.
GTM Process Optimization
- Improve lead management, routing logic, meeting attribution, and stage progression.
- Automate repetitive workflows and reduce manual work for revenue teams.
- Identify friction in sales and customer lifecycle and redesign processes for scale.
- Translate business problems into system solutions.
Automation and Experimentation
- Build automation across tools to improve efficiency and visibility.
- Run structured experiments to improve conversion and response times.
- Use spreadsheets, databases, and scripting to solve complex operational challenges.
- Evaluate new tools and integrations to strengthen the revenue tech stack.
Core Skills and Qualifications (2 - 4 yrs of experience)
- Hands on experience managing CRM systems and revenue tech stacks.
- Strong understanding of revenue metrics and GTM workflows.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced spreadsheet modeling.
- Experience building automation and integrating multiple SaaS platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving mindset.
- High ownership, curiosity, and bias toward action.
