About the role:
Fusion Practices is looking for a strong Oracle CPQ developer with experience in BML scripting, commerce rules, BMQL, Configuration and Constraint rules, CPQ Migration and Deployments, etc
Responsibilities:
- Act as first-line and second-line support for incidents & service requests.
- Coordinate with Oracle for SR logging, tracking, and resolution.
- Maintain system documentation, configuration logs, and solution notes.
- Provide monthly status reports, ticket metrics, and improvement recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with business SLAs and change management process.
- Conduct periodic knowledge-sharing sessions with business users.
- Support patch testing, environment refresh validation, and release planning.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Oracle CPQ Cloud:
- BML scripting, commerce rules, BMQL
- Configuration and Constraint rules
- Document Designer, XSL templates
- CPQ Migration and Deployments
- Hands-on experience with Oracle CX Cloud:
- Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Subscription, CDM
- Groovy scripting, Object Model, BI Publisher
- Integration experience with:
- OIC (Integrations, PCS, VBCS)
- Oracle ERP Cloud & SCM Cloud modules
- REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON payloads
- Knowledge of Oracle CPQ–OM Cloud E2E flow.
- Familiarity with Agile project methodology and DevOps migration processes
