My client is a SGX-listed in the engineering and construction industry. With a strong reputation in the region, the company is entering an exciting phase of expansion and seeks a strategic financial leader to join the executive team.
Your new role
As Chief Financial Officer, you will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for steering the company's financial strategy and ensuring robust governance. You will:
- Lead all aspects of financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
- Oversee treasury, risk management, and compliance functions and to ensure SGX-listing compliance.
- Partner with the CEO and Board to drive long-term growth and profitability.
- Provide commercial insights to support bids, contracts, and major projects.
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team aligned with business objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven track record as a senior finance leader, ideally within engineering, construction, or related industries.
- Strong technical expertise in corporate finance, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Commercial acumen with experience supporting large-scale projects and contracts.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional qualifications (CPA, ACA, CFA, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
