We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Executive Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our Board and help deliver our mission of Exceptional Care Together.
As a major integrated acute and community provider, University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust is rated Good by the CQC, with over 14,000 dedicated colleagues, this role is critical. The successful candidate will report directly to me, shaping the financial strategy, driving our large Estates and Capital Programme, and ensuring sustainable resource management across two key Integrated Care Systems.
We are looking for a proven leader who champions our values of Compassion, Openness, and Excellence and has a track record of driving complex organisational change in an acute or multi-site large complex NHS Trust.
