Role Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Business Operations Project Manager based in the United Kingdom to support our expanding EMEA operations. This role provides 40 hours per week of dedicated operational support during UK business hours to drive client onboarding, cross-functional coordination, entity setup, insurance setup, and project execution.
The ideal candidate will act as a central operational partner for the UK and EMEA teams improving response times, ensuring continuity of work, and reducing operational gaps created by time-zone differences with the U.S. As we expand across EMEA, this role will play a key part in establishing consistent, scalable operational processes and supporting the setup of new entities, including insurance and compliance foundations.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding & Account Management Support:

Serve as the primary Business Operations partner for EMEA accounts from client onboarding through ongoing delivery.

Track onboarding milestones, prepare documentation, and ensure timely execution across business pipelines.

Maintain real-time communication with Sales, BizOps, Finance, Legal, and operational teams during UK business hours.

Improve continuity of work by reducing delays caused by U.S.–EMEA time-zone gaps.
Business Operations Project Management, Entity Setup & Insurance Coordination:

Lead or support entity setup across EMEA, including operational requirements, documentation, vendor onboarding, regulatory steps, and cross-functional process alignment.

Assist with company/corporate insurance setup for new entities—including gathering requirements, coordinating with brokers, managing documentation, and aligning coverage with business needs.

Support procurement initiatives, vendor coordination, and compliance-related tasks relevant to operational readiness.

Drive project tracking, operational reporting, KPI updates, and cross-department alignment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with global BizOps, Sales, HR, Finance, Legal, and leadership to ensure operational readiness for new and existing EMEA markets.

Facilitate structured handoffs and communication workflows that strengthen alignment between U.S. and EMEA teams.

Identify operational gaps and proactively recommend process improvements.
Qualifications & Experience:

3–5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Project Management, or a similar corporate role.

Experience coordinating across global or distributed teams in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of company/corporate insurance setup and working with brokers or insurers is strongly preferred.

Experience with entity setup and operational implementation across EMEA is highly desirable.

Experience in the construction, mission-critical, or data center industry is a strong plus.
