Our client—an ambitious disruptor in the AI space—is seeking a proactive, detail-driven Operations Manager to support and strengthen the organisation’s core business operations. This role will ensure the smooth and efficient running of operational, financial, administrative, and HR functions as the company continues to scale.
Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will be a central force within the organisation—rolling up your sleeves, connecting the dots, and keeping day-to-day operations moving at pace. This is a hands-on, generalist role offering broad exposure across finance support, HR administration, supplier and vendor management, record-keeping, and the continuous improvement of internal systems and processes.
You will take ownership of critical systems, contracts, renewals, and core operational processes, playing a key role in building a structured, scalable, and high-performing organisation. Initially focused on core operational responsibilities, the role offers significant scope to broaden your remit as functions are outsourced and the business continues to grow globally.
