About The Opportunity 👇
Acting as a trusted advisor to our Customer, Operations, and Finance teams, you will partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency and customer experience. By supporting key projects and driving strategic initiatives, you will help translate operational challenges into practical solutions, all aligned with Exclaimer’s growth and transformation objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key business partner to functional leaders, understanding operational challenges and helping design effective solutions.
- Support the development and execution of operational strategies aligned with business goals.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform decision-making.
- Identify and drive process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve user experience.
- Collaborate with teams to document, refine, and implement new workflows and processes.
- Support the change management aspects of initiatives to ensure smooth adoption.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools that provide visibility into operational performance.
- Analyse trends and metrics to proactively identify potential issues and opportunities.
- Build relationships with internal teams and external partners to align on priorities and remove barriers.
- Facilitate workshops, feedback sessions, and working groups to co-design improvements.
- Act as a point of contact for operational queries, escalating issues as needed.
- Support cross-functional projects, coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Help teams prioritize initiatives based on business impact and stakeholder feedback.
Skills, Knowledge, And Experience
- Experience in business operations, business partnering, process improvement, or related roles.
- Ideally you'll have worked closely with Customer, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Deep analytical skills, with experience translating data into actionable insights for improvement.
- Proven ability to lead or support cross-functional projects and improvement initiatives.
- Comfortable working with tools like CRM, ERP, or analytics platforms (experience in SaaS is a plus).
- Experience engaging stakeholders at different levels, from frontline teams to senior leadership.
