Position Summary
We are looking for a passionate and versatile GTM Specialist / Graphic Design who can bridge creative design and marketing execution. This role is ideal for someone with a strong design foundation who is eager to expand into marketing — supporting product launches, retail communications and go-to-market activities.
The role requires close collaboration with the product, communications and digital teams to ensure consistent storytelling and visually engaging communication across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design
- Design and adapt key visuals, retail POS materials, Product materials, and presentation decks based on brand guidelines.
- Support product launch toolkits including packaging mock-ups, display graphics, and event materials.
Ensure design quality, consistency, and timely delivery across regional markets.
Marketing & GTM Coordination
- Support regional go-to-market plans, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and campaign assets.
- Liaise with local markets to gather marketing requirements and ensure campaign readiness.
- Assist in preparing marketing calendars, launch summaries, and post-campaign reports.
- Collaborate with external agencies or vendors for production and creative adaptation.
Track asset deployment and help maintain the marketing asset library.
Brand & Communication
- Uphold and evolve brand identity through visual storytelling.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new campaign ideas and product positioning.
- Contribute to improving internal communication and presentation quality across the region.
