Chief Sales Officer – Global Staffing
Are you a sales leader ready to drive hypergrowth on a global stage? We’re seeking a Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead international sales strategy, drive new business, and shape the future of a fast-growing staffing organization operating in 96 countries.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute global sales strategies focused on new client acquisition (80%) and cross-selling to an established, multi-billion dollar client base (20%).
- Lead and mentor a team of 6 direct reports, fostering a collaborative, people-first culture.
- Design and tailor go-to-market strategies for diverse international markets, leveraging new delivery hubs in Egypt, China, Malaysia, Singapore, Manila, and India.
- Build executive-level relationships with a focus on high-value, consultative selling.
- Represent the company through public speaking and industry events, showcasing strong executive presence.
- Collaborate with leadership to maximize the impact of proprietary, AI-enabled technology platforms.
- Drive sales growth from $100M to $500M+; experience scaling revenue exponentially is highly valued.
- Model hands-on, high-integrity, team-oriented leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- 6–8+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in the staffing industry.
- Proven results in global sales, including selling into multiple international markets.
- Experience growing a business from $100M to $500M+ in revenue.
- Public company experience preferred; adaptability in fast-moving environments is a must.
- Exceptional public speaking and executive presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%; must be located near a major airport.
- Comfort with proprietary tech platforms and ATS/AI tools.
- Collaborative, people-centered leader with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
