Client Success & Sales Operations Coordinator (Part-Time, 20–25 hours/week)

We are now entering a major growth phase… and we’re looking for a highly organised, people-orientated Client Success & Sales Operations Coordinator to support our clients, streamline operations and help scale the business.
This is a hybrid role combining client success, operations support and light sales administration, ensuring a seamless journey for our executive-level clients while helping the business run efficiently day to day.
The Role
This is a part-time (20–25 hours/week) role ideal for someone who:

You’ll work closely with Adrian (Founder) and our Marketing Lead to deliver an exceptional experience for every client, from onboarding through to programme completion and beyond.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Success (50%)
- Manage onboarding for new Accelerator clients
- Handle access, scheduling, programme logistics and client communication
- Monitor client progress and ensure smooth delivery of each module
- Gather testimonials, insights and feedback
- Support the community WhatsApp group (light touch: reminders, links, updates)
- Maintain client records and journeys in our CRM (Pipedrive)
Sales Operations (20%)
- Assist with outbound LinkedIn process
- Grow the email database through curated lead generation
- Manage follow-up sequences for leads and discovery calls
- Track metrics across pipeline and campaigns
Events & Delivery Support (20%)
- Organise both virtual and in-person events (Reading & London)
- Liaise with venues, videographers and suppliers
- Ensure all materials, links and resources are prepared ahead of sessions
- Support logistics for workshops, guest sessions and cohort events
General Operational Support (10%)
- Provide functional support to Adrian (light PA-style tasks)
- Document FAQs and system processes
- Ensure the “customer journey” runs smoothly from first contact to programme completion
Required Skills & Experience
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Experience in client success, customer operations, PA, EA or project coordination
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Able to take initiative and work independently
- Comfortable working with senior executives
- Good tech confidence (We use: Pipedrive, Kajabi, Calendly, Zoom, Notion, ScoreApp, WhatsApp, Descript)
- Based near Reading or London for regular in-person sessions
Nice to Have (Not Essential)
- Experience in coaching, education, professional services or membership-based businesses
- Event coordination experience
- Light sales or CRM experience
