BostonSpeaks is looking for a modern, heart-centered Fractional CFO who enjoys being part of a team and wants to grow with the company

About the Role

You’ll act as a strategic financial partner to our leadership team as BostonSpeaks continues to grow. Your role is to bring clarity, structure, and stability in a way that feels supportive, human, and empowering.

You’ll enjoy this role if you:

Love translating numbers into plain-English decisions
Are energized by small, purpose-driven teams
Use modern tools and systems and have opinions about them
Are comfortable challenging leadership with clarity and kindness
Enjoy teaching leaders how to think financially, not just reporting numbers
Want to lead and shape the finance function as the company evolves

What You’ll Focus On

Cash flow, forecasting, and financial visibility
Budgets aligned with company goals
Scalable systems and automations (QuickBooks, Wise, Monday)
Clear, simple financial processes that support sustainable growth
