Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship & Communication Management
- Customer Success: Manage customer relationships using CRM software to ensure retention and growth.
- Query Resolution: Handle and resolve client queries promptly to maintain professional service standards.
- Official Correspondence: Manage and respond to all official company emails professionally.
- User Support: Attend user calls on behalf of the Verification Department to assist with account and verification needs.
- Post-Sales Support: Ensure effective post-sales support and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
2. Operational Monitoring & Job Management
- Dashboard Oversight: Monitor the dashboard panel to track user activity statuses.
- Project Creation: Create, upload, and manage Snapper jobs for various company projects within the panel.
- Workflow Tracking: Regularly check Snapper job notifications in the panel to ensure timely task execution.
- Active Projects: Manage ongoing project jobs including location coordinate management and job creation.
3. Financial Administration & Data Management
- Transaction Handling: Check withdrawal requests and update withdrawal statuses within the system panel.
- Record Keeping: Print and maintain transaction receipts and download/file active user documentation.
- Sheet Management: Maintain and update a variety of tracking sheets, including:
- Invoice Sheets, Withdrawal Summaries, and Payment Sheets (Default/Completed).
- Active and In-Review User Request Sheets.
4. Strategic Support & Team Collaboration
- Meetings & Contracts: Attend professional meetings and assist in creating and managing contracts.
- Project Documentation: Create detailed presentations for ongoing projects to be used for internal and external reviews.
- Internal Knowledge: Maintain the Meeting FAQs Sheet to streamline information sharing.
- Team Support: Act as a resource for team members, helping to resolve doubts and operational hurdles.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
