Job Title: Business and Operations Manager
Job Summary:
The incumbent is responsible for driving the students’ admissions through effective sales and marketing strategies. Achieve the enrolment targets aligned with the school’s growth plans.
The role involves operational excellence, regulatory compliance, optimal resource utilization.
Key Responsibility Area:
Marketing & Brand Building:
• Design and develop marketing strategies.
· Execute annual marketing calendars and campaigns.
• Manage digital and offline marketing initiatives
• Coordinate with marketing agencies and vendors
• Oversee school events and outreach programs
Sales & Business Development:
• Develop and execute annual admissions plans.
· Achieve enrolment and revenue targets.
• Manage admissions and sales team.
• Build partnerships and referral programs.
• Organize campus visits and open house events.
School Operations Management:
• Oversee daily school operations ensuring smooth non-academic functioning.
• Oversee administration, transport, housekeeping, security, facilities, procurement and vendor management.
• Ensure compliance with statutory (CBSE, UDISE & SAT Portal, state education requirements), safety, and board-related requirements.
• Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs for school operations.
• Manage budgets, operational expenses, and cost optimization.
People & Stakeholder Management:
• Coordinate with academic leadership and HR
• Handle parent escalations related to operations or admissions
Communication & Stakeholder Relations
· Parent and Guardian Relations: Ensuring effective and timely communication with parents and guardians about their feedback, concerns, and grievances related to transport and facilities.
· Feedback Analysis: Analyse feedback from parents, guardians, and students, followed by actions to improve the overall customer experience.
Reporting & Analytics:
• Track KPIs related to operations and admissions
• Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management.
