RivetStays is a premium short-term and mid-term rental operator and property management company based in Toronto, Canada. We manage a growing portfolio of professionally operated properties across major booking platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.
We run our business with hotel-grade financial rigor. Booking-level accuracy, payout reconciliation, and owner trust are core to how we operate. Unlike many operators, we reconcile revenue at a transaction and booking level, ensuring our numbers tie cleanly from platforms → PMS → accounting → bank.
As our portfolio grows, we are building a dedicated Revenue Operations / Income Audit function to own this responsibility long-term.
About the Role
We are hiring a Revenue Operations Analyst to own booking-level revenue reconciliation and integrity across our systems.
Our booking platforms, Property Management System (Beds24), and payout reports do not always agree due to timing differences, modifications, refunds, and platform behavior. This role exists to determine why discrepancies occur and apply the correct resolution — not to “make numbers match.”
This is not a reporting role and not a customer service role.
It is a reconciliation, operations, and judgment-based role focused on correctness and auditability.
What You Will Do
Core Responsibilities
- Reconcile booking-level revenue across:
- Property Management System (Beds24)Booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)Payout reports and bank records
- Investigate discrepancies when systems do not match
- Determine root cause (timing, refunds, booking modifications, platform behavior, data issues)
- Apply the correct resolution based on defined rules:
Adjustment
Deferral
Escalation
Correction
- Maintain complete audit trails and documentation for all resolutions
- Ensure revenue integrity before monthly close
- Block closure when data does not meet integrity standards
System & Process Ownership
- Own discrepancy classifications and resolution states
- Identify recurring discrepancy patterns and work to eliminate them
- Improve automation rules to reduce manual intervention over time
- Collaborate with Operations and Customer Support teams to improve upstream data quality
- Protect financial invariants (what must always tie across systems)

You will not handle guest communications
You will not “fix” data without evidence
You will not force systems to match just to close tasks
- You will not be measured on speed alone
Correctness and auditability matter more than speed.
