Job Summary:
The CFO will be responsible for leading the overall finance function, including financial strategy, reporting, treasury, taxation, compliance, governance, costing, and business partnering. The role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, manufacturing finance expertise, and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Finance Leadership
- Partner with promoters and leadership teams to drive business growth and profitability
- Develop and execute long-term financial strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Support business expansion, investment evaluation, and capital allocation decisions
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and performance management processes
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making

- Proven experience managing large finance and accounting teams
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence strategic business decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
- Experience in scaling finance functions during periods of organizational growth
