About the Role:
VRecruitFirst is recruiting a strategic CFO to lead finance governance, capital planning, and financial performance for a global engineering & manufacturing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting & forecasting
- Strengthen working capital, treasury & fund-flow management
- Build financial controls, MIS & board-level reporting
- Oversee taxation, audits, governance & statutory compliance
- Support costing, pricing & profitability decision-making
- Evaluate CAPEX, investments & expansion projects
- Manage bank, investor & financial-institution relationships
- Enable financial discipline across the organization
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA / equivalent
- 10+ years’ senior finance leadership experience
- Preferably from industrial / engineering / manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of FP&A, costing & compliance
