Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced CFO to lead financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
Financial planning, budgeting & forecasting
Manage accounting, cash flow & MIS reporting
Ensure compliance (Companies Act, Income Tax, GST)
Handle audits and liaise with auditors and banks
Risk management and internal controls
Fundraising and investor coordination
Lead the finance and accounts team
Qualifications
CA
8–15+ years of experience in finance leadership roles
