Key Responsibilities:
- Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategy execution
- GST, Income Tax, TDS compliance and statutory reporting (Ind AS)
- Handling audits, regulatory compliance, and liaison with authorities
- Manufacturing costing, inventory control, and margin analysis
- Cash flow management, banking, and working capital optimization
- MIS reporting, financial controls, and process improvements
- Team leadership and cross-functional coordination
Key Requirements:
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance (CA preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Minimum 3+ years in cosmetic, personal care, or pharma manufacturing
- Strong expertise in costing, taxation, and financial planning
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Tally, etc.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹166,000.00 per month
