About the Company
We are a growing and dynamic group operating in the Pharma, Chemical, and Nutraceutical sectors, with a strong presence across manufacturing and corporate operations. We are looking for a strategic and result-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial function and support business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall financial strategy, planning, and analysis for the group
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation, and audit requirements
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund planning efficiently
- Drive cost optimization and profitability improvement initiatives
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory authorities
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions and growth plans
- Handle mergers, acquisitions, fundraising, and investor relations (if applicable)
- Strengthen internal controls, systems, and financial governance
Key Requirements
- CA / MBA in Finance with strong academic background
- 12–20+ years of experience, preferably in Pharma / Chemical / Manufacturing industry
- Proven experience in a leadership role managing finance teams
- Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and corporate finance
- Experience in handling audits, banking, and financial structuring
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills

Pay: ₹35,975.06 - ₹136,092.16 per month
